Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 120 g tuna in its own juice (1 can, drained)
- 50 g Greek yogurt, 0% (2 tablespoons)
- 5 g mustard (1 teaspoon)
- 20 g red onion (a small piece)
- 10 g lemon juice (2 teaspoons)
- 300 g cucumber (1 piece)
- 5 g fresh dill (a few sprigs)
- Salt, pepper, a pinch of paprika
Instructions
- Drain the tuna very thoroughly, press it with a spoon as well. If it stays watery, the cream will slide off the cucumber.
- Crumble it with a fork, and mix in the yogurt, mustard, finely chopped red onion, lemon juice and most of the dill, finely chopped. Pepper it, taste it, and only then salt it, because the tuna is already salty on its own.
- Cut the cucumber into slices about 1 cm thick, and pat the tops dry with paper towel.
- Put a teaspoon of tuna cream on each slice, and sprinkle with the remaining dill and a pinch of paprika. Fill them just before eating, because the cucumber will release liquid while standing.
