General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
This is an English translation of the Hungarian original (Általános Szerződési Feltételek v3.1). In case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.
Effective from October 16, 2026 (version 3.1) — supplementing version 3.0 (September 7, 2026) with Section 6/A on event tickets (workshops).
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) set out the rights and obligations of the customer (hereinafter: the “Customer”, “Buyer” or “Member”) who uses the electronic commerce and digital services provided under the OI75 brand name by AVEROLS-MANDO Kft. (registered seat: 1055 Budapest, Nyugati tér 7.; company registration number: 01 09 375298; court of registration: Company Registry Court of the Budapest-Capital Regional Court (Fővárosi Törvényszék Cégbírósága); tax number: 28819763-2-41; e-mail: hello@oi75.com; telephone: +36 70 320 00 52; hereinafter: the “Service Provider”).
The scope of these Terms extends to:
* the online store operated by the Service Provider and available on the oi75.com website and on other domains redirecting to it (e.g. oimatcha.hu) (hereinafter: the “Online Store”),
* the OI75 Club subscription service provided on the community and educational platform operated by the Service Provider (hereinafter: the “Club”),
* the OI75 mobile application available through the Apple App Store and Google Play stores (hereinafter: the “Application”), through which the Member accesses the Club's content and community features, and in which the Club subscription may also be concluded by in-app purchase (see Section 6.4),
* the 75-day Challenge and the Reward granted for its completion,
* tickets, purchasable in the Online Store, for events (e.g. workshops) organised by the Service Provider at a specified time (hereinafter: “Event Ticket”, see Section 6/A).
Contracts for the use of the Online Store and the Club are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the provisions of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services (the “E-Commerce Act”, “Ektv.”), Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, Government Decree 373/2021 (VI.30.) on certain aspects of contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services, and Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (the “Civil Code”, “Ptk.”). The Service Provider has not submitted itself to the provisions of any code of conduct.
Certain provisions of these Terms apply exclusively to Buyers who qualify as consumers. A Buyer qualifying as a consumer is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession (hereinafter: the “Consumer”). Where special rights are granted to consumers, the Service Provider expressly indicates that the given provision applies to Consumers only.
These Terms are available in PDF format and can be downloaded at the following link: https://oi75.com/aszf.

Payment service provider: Revolut Bank UAB (Konstitucijos ave. 21B, Vilnius, Lithuania; https://www.revolut.com/legal/). Invoicing: Billingo Technologies Zrt. (1133 Budapest, Árbóc utca 6.).

1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
* Product: physical goods sold by the Service Provider in the Online Store (e.g. matcha, food supplements, accessory products).
* Food supplement: Products falling within the scope of Decree 37/2004 (IV.26.) of the Minister of Health, Social and Family Affairs (ESzCsM) on food supplements (e.g. planned fiber and protein products). Matcha is a tea preparation belonging to the food category and is not a food supplement.
* OI75 Club or Club: the monthly-fee digital community subscription service provided by the Service Provider, which includes access to the Club platform, the opportunity to participate in the 75-day Challenge, the membership discount on Products applicable from time to time, and the Reward due upon completion of the Challenge.
* Member: a Consumer who holds a valid OI75 Club subscription.
* Challenge: the community program lasting 75 consecutive days and based on daily Commenting, which the Member completes through the Club platform.
* Commenting (check-in): confirmation of the daily completion of the Challenge in the form of a substantive comment posted under the daily Challenge post on the Club platform.
* Reward: the benefit due to the Member upon successful completion of the Challenge, linked to the continuous maintenance of the Club membership (products handed over in a single package and one event ticket), the exact content of which is set out in Section 8 of these Terms.
* Community: all Members and users participating on the Club platform, in the Application and in the Facebook group operated by the Service Provider.
* Application: the mobile application named “OI75”, downloadable through the Apple App Store and Google Play stores, which provides access to the Club's content and community features and in which the Club subscription may also be concluded by in-app purchase.
* In-app purchase: the conclusion of the Club subscription within the Application, through the proprietary payment system of the Apple App Store or Google Play; in this case the payment is processed by the operator of the respective store, under its own terms.
* Event Ticket: a ticket entitling the holder to attend an event (e.g. a workshop) organised by the Service Provider at a specified time and place, purchased by the Buyer in the Online Store on the event's ticket page (Section 6/A).
* Recurring payment: an automatic, renewing charge which, in the case of a subscription concluded in the Online Store, is processed by the Service Provider through the payment system of Revolut Bank UAB and, in the case of an in-app purchase, by the billing system of the Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. Registration
For purchases in the Online Store, the Buyer may choose between guest checkout without registration and registered purchase.
Use of the OI75 Club service requires mandatory registration, since the digital service is provided through the Club platform and identification of the Member is indispensable for the provision of the service.
Registration requires that the Buyer provides, completely and truthfully, all data requested by the Service Provider during registration. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided; the Service Provider accepts no liability for damages arising from incorrect, incomplete or untrue data.
The login data provided by the Buyer (e-mail, password) are handled and stored for security purposes by the platforms of the Service Provider's hosting provider, using technical solutions independent of the Service Provider and compliant with industry standards. The Service Provider does not know and cannot access the Buyer's password. In the event of a forgotten password, the Buyer may request a new password in the Online Store using the “Forgot password” function.
Before logging in to the Application, the user can review these Terms on the login screen and accepts them by logging in, including the community conduct rules under Section 9 and the principle of zero tolerance for objectionable content.
The Service Provider reserves the right, in justified cases (e.g. serious violation of the Community rules), to revoke the registration and to restrict or delete the user account.
3. Formation of the contract
3.1. Purchase in the Online Store (physical Products)
A purchase in the Online Store is made in the following steps:
1. the Buyer places the selected Products in the cart;
2. during the checkout process, the Buyer provides the shipping and billing details;
3. selects the shipping and payment method;
4. accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy;
5. submits the order by clicking the “Place order” button.
The Buyer's order constitutes an offer; the contract is validly concluded between the parties upon the Service Provider's confirmation of the order (by e-mail, indicating the ordered Products, the purchase price and the shipping details). The confirmation is sent after receipt of the order, within 48 hours at the latest. If the Service Provider does not confirm the order within 48 hours, the Buyer is released from the binding effect of the offer.
The language of the contract is Hungarian. The Service Provider does not file the contracts, and they are not accessible subsequently.
3.2. OI75 Club subscription (digital service)
The OI75 Club subscription may be concluded in two ways: a) through the Online Store, or b) by in-app purchase within the Application (see Section 6.4.3).
a) Subscription in the Online Store, in the following steps:
1. on the Club subscription product page, the Buyer clicks the “Add to cart” and then the “Order” button;
2. provides the personal and payment details;
3. accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy;
4. gives their express prior consent to the digital service commencing before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and at the same time expressly acknowledges that they thereby lose their 14-day right of withdrawal (see Section 10);
5. after successful completion of the payment, the Club platform sends an invitation to the Member's e-mail address to join the community interface.
The Club contract concluded in the Online Store is formed when the digital service is made available, i.e. when the Member activates the Club access via the registration e-mail, or when the Member's Club account is created automatically following successful payment.
b) In the case of an in-app purchase, the contract is formed upon successful completion of the store's (Apple App Store or Google Play) payment process and activation of the Club access. The purchase steps, payment confirmation and receipts are provided by the respective store's own system.
3.3. Language of the contract
The language of the contract is Hungarian. The Application is also available with an English-language interface; in the event of any discrepancy, the Hungarian-language Terms prevail.
4. Prices, payment, invoicing
4.1. Prices
The prices displayed in the Online Store are gross prices (inclusive of value added tax), stated in Hungarian forint (HUF). The shipping cost is not part of the displayed price; the system shows it separately during checkout.
In the case of an in-app purchase, the price is displayed on the interface of the respective store (Apple App Store or Google Play) before the purchase is confirmed, in the currency and at the price tier determined by the store. Due to the stores' pricing rules, the in-app price may differ from the price in the Online Store.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices. The change takes effect upon publication in the Online Store and does not affect orders already confirmed. The Service Provider is entitled to refuse an erroneous order resulting from an obvious pricing error (e.g. HUF 0, an unrealistically low price) and to refund any amount already transferred to the Buyer.
4.2. Sales outside Hungary
The Service Provider plans to sell in further Member States of the European Union in the future. Within the framework of EU sales, the Service Provider applies the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme, and therefore displays prices in accordance with the VAT rate of the destination country; shipping costs may vary by country. The Service Provider will inform Buyers in advance about the introduction of EU sales.
4.3. Payment methods
The Buyer may choose from the following payment methods:
* online payment by bank card (Revolut Bank UAB — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay);
* recurring bank card payment through the payment system of Revolut Bank UAB (for Club or Club Box subscriptions concluded in the Online Store — see Section 4.4);
* in-app purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play billing) — exclusively for the Club subscription, within the Application (see Sections 4.4/A and 6.4.3);
* other payment methods available on the checkout interface (e.g. cash on delivery, bank transfer) — where the Service Provider currently offers them.
The Service Provider does not see, process or store bank card data. For payments in the Online Store, card data are processed in the PCI DSS certified system of Revolut Bank UAB; the Buyer enters the card data into the encrypted input field provided by Revolut. In the case of an in-app purchase, payment data are processed exclusively by the operator of the respective store (Apple or Google); the Service Provider has no access to them.
4.4. Recurring payment — Club subscription in the Online Store
The monthly fee of the OI75 Club in the Online Store is HUF 1,900 / month (the current price is shown on the product page), which the Service Provider charges automatically every month to the bank card provided by the Member, through the payment system of Revolut Bank UAB. The Member manages the subscription in their account (oi75.com/fiok): here they can change the plan, replace the card and cancel the subscription.
For the recurring payment, the Member gives their express consent during the first purchase that the monthly subscription fee be debited from their bank card automatically, once a month, without separate card confirmation. Card tokenization and the recurring charges are performed by Revolut Bank UAB.
The Member may terminate the recurring payment at any time by canceling the Club (see Section 11).
4.4/A. Recurring payment — in-app purchase
A Club subscription concluded within the Application is an auto-renewing subscription, the renewal and charging of which is handled not by the Service Provider but by the billing system of the respective store (Apple App Store or Google Play), under the store's own terms. The subscription can be canceled in the subscription settings of the store account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (see Section 11.1); otherwise it renews automatically. The receipt for the purchase is issued and sent by the store.
4.5. Invoicing
The Service Provider issues an electronic invoice for orders placed in the Online Store and for the monthly fee of the Club subscribed to in the Online Store, and sends it to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer. The electronic invoice complies with the legislation on the issuing of invoices; the Service Provider is not obliged to issue a separate paper-based invoice. Receipts for in-app purchases are issued by the respective store.
5. Shipping
5.1. Shipping methods
In the Online Store, the Service Provider offers the parcel delivery service of Magyar Posta Zrt. (MPL) for the delivery of the ordered Products. The available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country and the weight and size of the Products; the Service Provider may expand the range with additional shipping partners in the future, of which it will notify Buyers by amending these Terms accordingly.
5.2. Delivery time and cost
The delivery time is stated in the description of the respective shipping method and is generally 2–5 working days within Hungary. The Service Provider clearly displays the cost of shipping during the checkout process.
5.3. Passing of risk
With respect to the Products, the risk of loss or damage passes to the Consumer upon handover to the Consumer (i.e. upon delivery of the parcel). Until handover, any damage occurring during transport is borne by the Service Provider.
5.4. Delivery of the Reward
The Reward of the Challenge — which is primarily handed over in person, at an OI75 Matcha & Pilates event or at the Service Provider's shop — may, if the Member is unable to collect it in person, be sent by post instead (details in Section 8). The cost of shipping the Reward is borne by the Member.
6. OI75 Club — details of the digital service
6.1. What the Club membership includes
With a valid OI75 Club subscription, the Member receives the following services:
* access to the Service Provider's closed OI75 Community interface;
* access to the OI75 educational content published on the Club platform (videos, articles, recipes, workout plans — as updated by the Service Provider from time to time);
* the opportunity to participate in the 75-day Challenge (see Section 7);
* a Reward upon successful completion of the Challenge (see Section 8);
* promotions and events announced by the Service Provider from time to time exclusively for Members (e.g. discounted or coupon-based admission to a Matcha & Pilates workshop).
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, expand or reduce the content of the Club service, the range of published educational materials and the added features. In the event of a significant reduction of content, the Service Provider notifies Members in advance (at least 30 days), and the Member is entitled to terminate the Club with immediate effect.
6.2. What the Club membership does NOT include
The Club membership does not include:
* free shipping of OI75 Products;
* medical, dietetic, pharmaceutical or psychological professional advice;
* a personalized diet or workout plan (the published materials are of a general nature);
* joining the Facebook group — the Facebook group is publicly accessible and is not part of the Club.
6.3. Requirements for the provision of the Club service
To use the Club service, the Member must have:
* internet access;
* an up-to-date, non-obsolete browser or mobile device;
* a valid e-mail address;
* accepted the terms of use of the community platform.
The Service Provider is not liable for technical obstacles not attributable to the Service Provider (e.g. outage of the Member's internet connection, obsolete device).
6.4. The OI75 mobile application (Application)
In addition to the Online Store and the Club's browser interface, the Club's content is also available through the mobile application named OI75. The Application can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play stores.
6.4.1. Publisher of the Application (technical publisher)
Under the agreements concluded with the stores, the technical owner of the Application accounts and of publishing is Griff Webshop Kft. (registered seat: 1055 Budapest, Nyugati tér 7.; company registration number: 01 09 321829; hereinafter: the “App Publisher”), which is in a contractual relationship with AVEROLS-MANDO Kft. for the technical operation of the Application. The contracting party to the contract formed between the Member and the OI75 Club or the Online Store is exclusively AVEROLS-MANDO Kft. (the Service Provider). The Member submits any service, complaint-handling and legal enforcement requests arising from the use of the Application in every case to the Service Provider (see Section 14).
6.4.2. Functionality of the Application
The Application provides the Club's content and community features (daily tracking/tracker, community feed, recipes, challenges) to Members holding a Club subscription. The Application can also be downloaded without a subscription and used with a limited (free) set of features; the full set of features is available with a valid Club subscription.
The community features of the Application also allow the publication of user-generated content (posts, comments, recipes). Publication is subject to the community conduct rules under Section 9; objectionable content can be reported in the Application, and abusive users can be blocked.
6.4.3. Purchasing the Club subscription
The Club subscription can be purchased:
a) in the Online Store (oi75.com), through a browser, in accordance with Section 3.2 a); and
b) within the Application, by in-app purchase, through the payment system of the Apple App Store or Google Play, in accordance with Section 3.2 b).
In-app purchases are also governed by the respective store's (Apple or Google) own payment terms and terms of use. The Member logs in to the Application with the e-mail address with which they purchased their Club subscription; the Online Store subscription and the in-app subscription are linked to the same Club account. An in-app purchase can be re-linked to the account on another device using the “Restore Purchases” function.
Downloading and installing the Application does not in itself create a Club membership.
6.4.4. Relationship with the app stores
Apple Inc. and Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (hereinafter together: the “Store Operators”) provide the download and installation channel of the Application and process the payment flow of in-app purchases under their own terms. The Store Operators are not contracting parties to the contracts formed between the Member and the Service Provider concerning the provision of the Club service, the sale of Products, the Challenge or the Reward, and they accept no liability for the Service Provider's services or their performance. The Store Operators apply their own general terms and conditions and privacy policies toward the Member in connection with downloading and installing the Application and with in-app purchases; these can be reviewed on the Store Operators' own interfaces.
6.4.5. Discontinuation and removal of the Application
The Member may remove the Application from their device at any time. Removing the Application does not automatically terminate the Club subscription — the Member may terminate the membership in accordance with Section 11 (in the case of an in-app purchase, in the store's subscription settings). Similarly, the Store Operators may, at their own discretion — following a decision against the App Publisher or the Service Provider — temporarily or permanently make the Application unavailable in the respective store; in this case the Member continues to have unchanged access to the Club's content through the browser interface.
6/A. Event Tickets
6/A.1. The event and the organiser
From time to time the Service Provider organises events (e.g. workshops) held at a specified time and place, for which tickets can be bought in the Online Store. The organiser of the event and the seller of the ticket is the Service Provider (AVEROLS-MANDO Kft., registered seat: 1055 Budapest, Nyugati tér 7.; company registration number: 01 09 375298; tax number: 28819763-2-41; e-mail: hello@oi75.com). The event's ticket page (oi75.com/jegy/…) states the time, venue, programme and price of the event, and what the ticket includes, before the purchase.
6/A.2. Conclusion of the contract
On the ticket page (or starting from the Application), the Buyer gives the participant's name, phone number and e-mail address, then pays the price of the ticket. The contract is concluded upon successful payment. The Service Provider then sends a confirmation and an electronic invoice to the e-mail address given. If the Buyer buys a ticket for another person, they give the participant's name and contact details. Tickets can be bought while places are available; if the places have run out, or the event has started, the ticket page does not allow payment.
6/A.3. Price and payment
The price of the ticket is the gross price including VAT, in forints, shown on the ticket page. OI75 Club Members may buy at the member price shown on the ticket page; the Service Provider determines eligibility for the discount at the time of purchase, based on the account of the Member logged in to the Application or the Online Store. The price can only be paid online, by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through the payment system of Revolut Bank UAB (see Section 4.3); cash on delivery is not available. Section 4.5 applies to invoicing.
6/A.4. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Section 29(1)(l) of Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.), the Consumer is not entitled to the 14-day right of withdrawal, because the Event Ticket is a contract for the provision of a service related to leisure activities with a specified date of performance. The Service Provider also informs the Buyer of this on the ticket page before payment.
6/A.5. Cancellation and refund
If the participant cannot attend the event, they may indicate their intention to cancel by e-mail to hello@oi75.com. The conditions of cancellation are stated on the ticket page before payment, in the “Cancellation” line; the Buyer may cancel under the conditions stated at the time of purchase.
If the event is cancelled for reasons within the Service Provider's control, the Service Provider notifies the Buyer by e-mail and refunds the full price of the ticket. If the time or venue of the event changes significantly, the Buyer may choose to attend at the new time (venue) or to request a full refund of the ticket price.
The Service Provider makes the refund to the payment method used (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), through the Revolut system, within 14 days of accepting the cancellation or of announcing the cancellation of the event, and cancels the invoice issued.
7. The 75-day Challenge
7.1. Purpose and nature of the Challenge
The Challenge is a conditional community program linked to objectively measurable performance, the purpose of which is to support the Member's regular, daily community presence and perseverance. The Challenge is not a prize draw and not gambling within the meaning of Act XXXIV of 1991 on Gambling Operations, since the Reward is awarded not on the basis of chance but on the basis of the Member's objectively measurable performance.
7.2. Conditions for completing the Challenge
The Member successfully completes the Challenge if:
* during the Challenge period (75 consecutive calendar days), on each and every day, they post a substantive comment under the Challenge post for that day on the Club platform;
* the comment complies with the Challenge Rules published by the Service Provider in the Community (e.g. minimum length, substantive content, exclusively in their own name).
Not a single day may be skipped during the Challenge. The Service Provider does not accept retroactive make-ups.
7.3. Challenge Rules
The detailed rules of the Challenge (what counts as a substantive comment; minimum content; how days are counted; the start date of the Challenge; other details) are published in a separate set of rules in the Club Community. The Challenge Rules form an integral part of these Terms. The Service Provider is entitled to amend the rules subject to prior notice to the Member of at least 7 days; the rules of a Challenge currently in progress may not be amended to the Member's detriment during the entire duration of the Challenge.
7.4. Technical obstacle
If the Member is unable to complete the Commenting due to a verified outage of the Club platform or another cause beyond the Member's control, they must report this to the Service Provider without delay (by the end of the affected day at the latest) by e-mail (hello@oi75.com). If the Service Provider is satisfied that the obstacle is genuine, it treats the affected day as completed.
7.5. Effect of canceling the Club on the Challenge
Eligibility to complete the Challenge exists exclusively alongside an active, continuous OI75 Club membership. If the Member cancels the Club subscription during the Challenge period, or it terminates for any reason (e.g. non-payment), the Member loses in full their right to participate in the Challenge and, with it, their entitlement to the Reward, regardless of how many days they have completed.
8. The Reward
8.1. Content of the Reward
Upon successful completion of the 75-day Challenge, the Member — as an active, continuously performing Club member — is entitled to the following Reward, handed over in a single package (hereinafter: the “Package”):
* 1 × OI75 ceremonial matcha, 50 g;
* 1 × OI75 Pure Pea Protein, 300 g;
* 1 weekly supply of Delulu® Gut Health gummy vitamins (28 pcs, 4 per day) — partner product;
* 1 × Yves Rocher mini face cream — partner product;
* 1 × ticket to an OI75 Matcha & Pilates event (an event announced by the Service Provider, at the Member's choice, within the deadline for collecting the Reward).
The combined indicative value of the items in the Package is HUF 30,000. The Package qualifies as a benefit tied to the active, continuous Club membership maintained by the Member and to the continuous payment of the related monthly-fee subscription, which the Service Provider grants to loyal Club members for marketing and loyalty purposes. The Reward is not a free gift but an integral part of the paid Club membership; the Member becomes entitled to it by paying the monthly membership fee and completing the Challenge daily.
8.2. Collecting the Reward — deadline and process
The Reward can be collected within 60 calendar days following successful completion of the Challenge. Within this deadline, the Member must:
* collect the Package in person at the OI75 Matcha & Pilates event of their choice or at the Service Provider's shop, or request that it be shipped in accordance with Section 8.4; and
* register in advance for the Matcha & Pilates event of their choice in the manner specified by the Service Provider.
Failure to meet the 60-day collection deadline results in the forfeiture of the entitlement to the Reward. Following successful completion of the Challenge, the Service Provider informs the Member by e-mail of the manner of collecting the Reward and of the deadline.
8.3. Special rules for the Pilates event
If unable to attend, the Member must cancel their registration for the event at least 24 hours before the start of the event. Cancellation within 24 hours, or failure to cancel, results in the loss of the Pilates event ticket; no replacement ticket or monetary compensation is due.
8.4. Shipping of the Package — as an alternative to collection in person
If the Member is unable to collect the Package in person, the product part of the Package (matcha, protein, Delulu® gummy vitamins, face cream) may, at the Member's request, be mailed within the 60-day collection deadline to an address within the territory of Hungary. The shipping fee is borne by the Member (the Online Store's applicable shipping fee). The event ticket can only be used at the event; if the Member is unable to attend any event, they are not entitled to monetary compensation for the ticket or to exchange it for another item.
8.5. Other provisions on the Reward
* The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash and is not transferable to others.
* The Reward can be collected once per Challenge, exclusively in connection with the account activated in the Member's own name.
* The Service Provider keeps the OI75 products of the Package (matcha, protein) in stock. If any item — in particular the partner products (Delulu® gummy vitamins, Yves Rocher face cream) — is unavailable due to stock depletion or termination of the partner cooperation, the Service Provider replaces it with an item of equal or higher value.
* The Service Provider determines the dates, venue and program of the Matcha & Pilates event at its own discretion. The Member must accept that the available range of events may change within the 60-day collection deadline.
8.6. Completing several Challenges in parallel
If the Service Provider announces several parallel Challenges at the same time (e.g. with different start dates), the Member is entitled to the Reward separately for each Challenge, provided that they complete each Challenge separately and in accordance with the rules, and hold an active Club membership throughout the duration of each.
9. Community conduct rules
In the Community — including the community interfaces of the Application — the Service Provider applies ZERO TOLERANCE toward objectionable content and abusive behavior.
Every member of the Community must comply with the following conduct rules:
* harassing or insulting other members, and discriminatory or hateful expressions are prohibited;
* spam, advertising, multi-level marketing and the promotion of competing products are prohibited;
* collecting other members' personal data or using it outside the Community is prohibited;
* unauthorized use, downloading or redistribution of the Service Provider's intellectual property is prohibited;
* disrupting the technical integrity of the Club platform or the Facebook group, fake comments and automated Commenting by bots are prohibited;
* giving advice to other members that appears to be medical, dietetic, pharmaceutical or psychological professional advice is prohibited — all content appearing in the Community qualifies as personal experience, not professional advice.
Members can report content that violates the above rules (objectionable content) directly in the Application and on the Club platform (report function), and can block abusive users (block function); the blocked user's content disappears immediately for the Member who blocked them. The Service Provider reviews reported content within 24 hours of the report and, where justified, removes it, and takes action against the Member who published the content — depending on the seriousness of the violation.
In the event of a violation of the above rules, the Service Provider may — depending on the seriousness of the violation — take the following measures:
* warning;
* deletion of the objectionable content;
* temporary exclusion of the Member from the Community;
* termination of the Club subscription with immediate effect and without refund in the event of a serious or repeated violation;
* enforcement of civil law and, where applicable, criminal law claims.
10. Right of withdrawal (provisions applicable to Consumers)
Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the Consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Service Provider under the conditions set out below. The provisions of this Section apply exclusively to Buyers qualifying as Consumers; non-consumer Buyers (e.g. corporate Buyers) have no right of withdrawal.
10.1. Physical Product — unopened packaging
The Consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the physical Product, provided that the Product is made available to the Service Provider unopened, in its original packaging and in a condition fit for consumption.
10.2. Physical Product — opened packaging (matcha and food supplements)
Pursuant to Section 29 (1) e) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the Consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal with respect to sealed Products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. This exception applies to all matcha and food supplements distributed by the Service Provider: if the Consumer has opened the Product's packaging, they may not exercise their right of withdrawal.
10.3. OI75 Club subscription (digital service)
Pursuant to Section 29 (1) m) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the Consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of a contract for the supply of a digital service where the Service Provider has begun performance with the Consumer's express prior consent and the Consumer has at the same time expressly acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.
When concluding the contract for the Club subscription in the Online Store, the Member expressly consents during the checkout process to the Service Provider beginning the provision of the digital service before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period (making the Club platform available), and at the same time expressly acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the service has begun.
If the Member does not give the above consent, the service will only begin after the expiry of the 14-day period, and the Member may withdraw from the Club contract within 14 days, without giving any reason, by e-mail (hello@oi75.com); in this case the Service Provider refunds the monthly fee paid within 14 days.
In the case of an in-app purchase, the payment is processed by the respective Store Operator; the Consumer may assert refund claims relating to the purchase primarily through the respective store's own refund system (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google: the order history of the Play Store), under the store's own terms. This does not affect the Consumer's statutory rights against the Service Provider; the Consumer may also address their claim directly to the Service Provider (hello@oi75.com), which assesses the claim within the framework of the settlement with the store.
10.4. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal using the model declaration set out in Annex 2 of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) or by any other unequivocal statement, at the following contact details:
* postal address: 1055 Budapest, Nyugati tér 7.;
* e-mail: hello@oi75.com.
In the case of a physical Product, the Consumer must return the Product to the Service Provider within 14 days of the withdrawal; the cost of returning the Product is borne by the Consumer. The Service Provider refunds the full amount paid by the Consumer, including the shipping fee (except for the additional cost of a shipping method other than the least expensive one), within 14 days of receiving the Product (or of proof of its dispatch). For the refund, the Service Provider uses the same payment method as that used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to a different method.
The Service Provider may withhold the refund until the Product has been returned.
10.5. Event Tickets
Pursuant to Section 29(1)(l) of Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for Event Tickets (see Section 6/A.4); Section 6/A.5 applies to cancellation and refunds.
11. Termination of the Club subscription
11.1. Cancellation by the Member
The Member may cancel their Club subscription at any time, without giving any reason.
a) In the case of a subscription concluded in the Online Store, the Member may cancel:
* through their user profile on the Club platform; or
* by notifying the Service Provider by e-mail (hello@oi75.com).
b) In the case of a subscription concluded by in-app purchase, cancellation takes place in the subscription settings of the store account:
* Apple: Settings → [your name / Apple Account] → Subscriptions → OI75 Club → Cancel Subscription;
* Google: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → OI75 Club → Cancel.
In both cases, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, i.e. the Member retains full access to the Club until the end of the period already paid for, and no pro-rated refund of the fee is due. The fee for the next period will not be charged. For in-app subscriptions, the cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; otherwise the store renews the subscription automatically.
Canceling the Club — if it occurs during the Challenge period — results in the complete loss of the entitlement to the Reward in accordance with Section 7.5.
11.2. Termination by the Service Provider
The Service Provider is entitled to terminate the Club subscription unilaterally:
* with 30 days' prior notice, in writing (by e-mail), without giving any reason;
* with immediate effect and without refund in the event of a serious or repeated violation of the conduct rules under Section 9.
11.3. Fee increase and right of termination
The Service Provider is entitled to change the monthly fee unilaterally. The Service Provider notifies Members of a fee increase at least 30 days in advance, by e-mail and on the Club platform; in the case of an in-app subscription, the respective store (also) sends a notification of the fee change in accordance with its own rules, and the fee increase may take effect in accordance with the store's rules. Before the fee increase takes effect, the Member is entitled to terminate the Club subscription without further consequences; in this case the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, before the fee increase takes effect.
12. Warranty and guarantee
12.1. Warranty for defects (implied warranty)
In the event of defective performance, the Buyer may assert a warranty claim for defects against the Service Provider in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. The Buyer may — at their choice — assert the following warranty claims:
* repair or replacement;
* a proportionate reduction of the purchase price;
* having the defect repaired at the Service Provider's expense;
* as a last resort, withdrawal from the contract.
The Buyer may assert warranty rights for defects within a limitation period of two years from performance of the contract. After discovering the defect, the Buyer must notify the Service Provider of it without delay; in the case of a consumer contract, a defect notified within two months of its discovery is deemed to have been notified without delay.
12.2. Product warranty
In the event of a defect in a movable item (Product), the Consumer may — at their choice — assert a product warranty claim instead of a warranty claim for defects. As a product warranty claim, the Consumer may only request the repair or replacement of the defective Product. A product warranty claim may be asserted within two years of the Product being placed on the market by the manufacturer.
12.3. Guarantee
The mandatory guarantee under Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.) on the mandatory guarantee for certain consumer durables does not apply to the Products distributed by the Service Provider (matcha tea preparation, food supplements), as these do not fall within the scope of the decree.
12.4. Warranty for the digital service
In the event of defective performance of the OI75 Club digital service, the Member is entitled to the rights under Government Decree 373/2021 (VI.30.), in particular:
* to demand that the service be brought into conformity with the contract (remedying the defect);
* a proportionate reduction of the fee;
* withdrawal from the contract if the defect is so serious that the contract cannot be performed.
13. Special provisions on food supplements and health-related information
13.1. General information
The matcha and food supplement Products distributed by the Service Provider are not medicines. They are not suitable for treating, preventing or diagnosing diseases. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The recommended daily intake of the Products must not be exceeded. The Products must be kept out of the reach of children. In the case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, chronic illness or medication, consulting a doctor before consuming the Product is recommended.
13.2. OGYÉI notification number
On the packaging of Products qualifying as food supplements, the Service Provider indicates the current notification number issued by the National Institute of Pharmacy and Nutrition (OGYÉI). In the absence of a notification, the Service Provider does not distribute the Product.
13.3. Health claims
The Service Provider uses only health claims authorized under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 for its Products. Health, nutrition or exercise-related content published in the Community — on the community platform, in the Application and in the Facebook group — by Members, the Service Provider or external presenters is of a general informational nature and does not constitute personalized medical or dietetic professional advice.
14. Complaint handling
14.1. Submitting a complaint
The Buyer may submit complaints concerning the Product, the Club service, the Application, the Reward or any other matter at the following contact details:
* postal address: 1055 Budapest, Nyugati tér 7.;
* e-mail: hello@oi75.com;
* telephone: +36 70 320 00 52;
* customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (customer service is closed on public holidays; inquiries received by e-mail are processed by customer service on working days).
Complaint handling is free of charge. The Service Provider investigates oral complaints immediately where possible, and written complaints within 30 days of receipt, and provides a reasoned written response.
14.2. Complaints concerning the Reward
The Member must send any complaint concerning the completion of the Challenge or the handover of the Reward to the e-mail address hello@oi75.com within 15 calendar days of the last day of the Challenge. Failure to meet this deadline results in forfeiture of the claim. In the course of the complaint, the Service Provider examines, on a documentary basis, the comments under the Challenge posts on the Club platform, the payment history and the activity of the Club membership.
14.3. Further legal remedies
If the Consumer is not satisfied with the Service Provider's handling of the complaint, they may turn to the following bodies:
* the consumer protection department of the county government office competent for the Consumer's place of residence (in Budapest: the Government Office of the Capital City Budapest (Budapest Főváros Kormányhivatala));
* the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület; 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99. I. em. 111., mailing address: 1253 Budapest, Pf.: 10., telephone: +36-1-488-2131, e-mail: bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu), which is competent based on the Service Provider's registered seat;
* the court having jurisdiction.
In conciliation board proceedings, the Service Provider is subject to a duty to cooperate: after receiving the notice of the proceedings, the Service Provider must contact the conciliation board and submit its written response.
The Consumer may also use the European Union's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
15. Intellectual property
15.1. The Service Provider's intellectual property
All content published in the Online Store, on the Club platform, in the Application and on every other channel operated by the Service Provider (text, images, videos, brand names, logos, graphic elements, educational materials, scripts, design systems, recipes, workout plans) is the exclusive intellectual property of the Service Provider or of the creators commissioned by the Service Provider. Copying, downloading, redistributing, adapting or any commercial use of the content without the Service Provider's prior written permission is prohibited.
15.2. Content published by the Member — rights of use
Content published by the Member in the Community (Club Community, Application, Facebook group) (text comments, posts, recipes, photos, videos) serves, by its fundamental purpose, communication within the Community. The Service Provider has the following rights of use with respect to such content:
a) Text content (comments, posts) — within the Community:
Text content published by the Member remains accessible to the other members of the Community and is stored in accordance with the operation of the Club / Facebook platforms. By publishing, the Member acknowledges that the other members of the Community may read and react to the content.
b) Anonymized / first-name-free text quotations — for external marketing purposes:
The Service Provider is entitled to use the Member's published text content (e.g. an experience post, a comment) in its own marketing and educational materials without the Member being personally identifiable (without first name, in generalized form). This right is free of charge, non-exclusive, without territorial limitation, and exists from the time of publication.
c) Identifiable content (first name, photo, video, voice) — for external marketing purposes:
For the use of content that makes the Member identifiable (e.g. the Member's photo, video, voice, or a text post attributed to the Member by first name) for external (outside the Community) marketing, advertising, promotional or other public purposes, the Service Provider requires the Member's separate, express, prior consent. The consent is given in writing (by e-mail, through the Club platform's messages, or in another documentable form) and covers a specific purpose, period and medium of use. In the absence of consent, the Service Provider may not use identifiable content for marketing purposes outside the Community.
d) Withdrawal of consent:
The Member may withdraw the consent given under Section 15.2 c) at any time, without giving any reason and with future effect, by a statement sent to the e-mail address hello@oi75.com. Within a reasonable time after receiving the withdrawal (no later than 30 days), the Service Provider removes the content from its own active interfaces. The Service Provider is not obliged to recall content that has already been published, distributed on third-party platforms or archived — however, it will not initiate any new use after the withdrawal.
16. Data processing
The Service Provider publishes detailed information on the processing of personal data in a separate Privacy Policy, available in the Online Store: https://oi75.com/privacy.
The Service Provider transfers personal data to the following data processors and independent data controller partners:

The legal basis and details of the data transfers are set out in the Privacy Policy.
17. Disputes, governing law
These Terms and all legal relationships between the Service Provider and the Buyer are governed by Hungarian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties accept the proceedings of the Hungarian court having subject-matter jurisdiction and territorial competence. In the case of a contract concluded with a Consumer, the general rules on jurisdiction and venue apply, and no derogation from them to the Consumer's detriment is permitted.
18. Amendment of the Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. The Service Provider informs Members of the amendment:
* by a notice published in the Online Store;
* by e-mail sent to the Members and by a notice published on the Club platform
at least 30 days before it enters into force. Before the amendment enters into force, the Member is entitled to terminate the Club subscription without further consequences.
Purchases in the Online Store are governed by the Terms in force at the time of the individual order.
19. Final provisions
19.1. Partial invalidity
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions; the invalid provision is replaced by the relevant provision of Hungarian law.
19.2. Previous versions
The Service Provider keeps a record of previous versions of the Terms. This version 3.1 replaces version 3.0, in force from September 7, 2026; previous versions are available at https://oi75.com/aszf-archivum. Online Store purchases (including Event Tickets) are governed by the Terms in force at the time of the order.
19.3. Transitional provisions
Members who joined the OI75 Club before these Terms entered into force are subject to the terms in force at the time of their joining. The Reward rules under Section 8 of these Terms, provided in the form of a coupon-based customer discount, apply to new joiners and — upon express acceptance of the new Terms — to existing Members. The provisions on in-app purchases introduced in this version 2.0 apply from the entry into force to every new subscription concluded in the Application.
19.4. Entry into force
These Terms enter into force on October 16, 2026 and remain in force until revoked or until the next amendment enters into force.
