We offer 14-day returns: you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
A product can only be returned in the same condition you received it: not worn, not used, with its labels still on, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the invoice or other proof of purchase.

If we accept your return request, we'll send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the product. We don't accept returns that weren't requested in advance.

Damaged products and other problems
Please check your package when it arrives, and contact us right away if the product arrived faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can look into it and take the necessary steps.
Exceptions / non-returnable products
Some types of products can't be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made products (for example made to order or personalized), and personal hygiene products (for example beauty products). We also don't accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have a question or complaint about a specific product, please contact us.
We can't accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Regardless of the above, for products delivered within the European Union you have the right to cancel your order or return the product within 14 days without giving a reason. The conditions above still apply: the product must be in the condition you received it, not worn or used, with its labels on, and returned in its original packaging. You'll also need the invoice or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and checked the returned product, and whether we've accepted your refund request. If we have, the refund is made within 10 business days, using the payment method you paid with. Keep in mind it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund and credit your account.
